At Lily Lighting Shop we want our customers to be fully satisfied with everything they buy from us, and we pride ourselves in our excellent customer service.

 

Returns :

Lily Lighting offers a 7 days return policy. We realise things might not look as you expected once in your home. That is why we offer a return if you find your purchase is not suitable for its intended use.

We do require proof of purchase and the product should be in its original packing and should not have been installed.

 

 


 

Warranties :

All fittings have a minimum 12 month warranty, if installed by a qualified electrician, excluding globes.

 

Installation Warning :

Unless a product is labelled DIY (Do-It-Yourself), all electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician.
